Ian Bezpalko practices in the areas of business law, contracts, copyright, federal and state trademarks, estate planning, internet law, and attorney disciplinary matters. A member of the New Mexico and Washington D.C. Bars, Ian has litigated cases in the New Mexico federal and state court systems and before the New Mexico Supreme Court.
Prior to entering private practice, Ian served as Citations Editor for the Natural Resources Journal at the University of New Mexico, interned as clerk for the University Counsel's Office, and assisted UNM School of Law faculty.
